    3. Secretary – Deb Kolb- Call to approve October Meeting minutes:  Jordan 1st, Lacey 2nd.

    5. Communications Coordinator – Jordan Farhat-No Updates
    6. Website Coordinator – Jessica O’Rear- No Updates
    7. Grant/Fundraising Coordinator – Haley MacLean- No Updates

Current Events

 

    1. Hoop-A-Thon Recap (Liz, Lacey, and Amber):  Final numbers $6,119, historically lower then previous years as fundraising overall had trended downwards.  Pie eating contest with Mr. Allen & Mr. Horne.
    2. Book Fair Recap (Lacey and Jessica):  Did 2 less recess options, close to previous book fairs $1,743.  Via teachers:  Plenty of opportunities to shop.  
    3. “Era” Spiritwear Recap (Lacey): $300 income. Overall kids enjoyed.
    4. Carnival Recap (Jordan, Deb, and Haley): Great Turnout; utilization of shuttle bus new added feature to alleviate parking issues; community partners were a great addition; food vendors happy with sales.  Reminder not to cross highway.  Survey sent out to community partners.  Feedback:  see more staff at event, extend event back to 3 hours (4-7pm most requested).
    5. Dine Out with Dilley at Papa Johns Recap (Haley):  Seemed to get a flat rate.  Made $250 this, $400 last year.
    6. October/November Staff Appreciation Recap (Liz and Jordan):  October- catered meals for conferences; November:  pies were appreciated. 
    7. Bottledrop Holiday Give Campaign (Amber):  Earned $217 including 20%.  

Upcoming Events

 

    1. Spiritweek/Switcheroo (Jordan):  2 weeks, Ms. Fisher helping to coordinate; Ms. Janice will help in cafeteria for Cocoa.
    2. Fill the Calendar (Jessica and Jordan):  Trying a new calendar where a day can be bought and looking for an online option for donations.  January 6th-11th.
    3. January Dine Out with Dilley (Haley):  in the works, considering Chipotle and Panda Express.  Other suggestions:  Phil’s 1500 and Black Dog.

New Business

 

    1. Piccolo Mondo Toys Fundraiser Info (Haley):  Waiting on final results in March to allow for returns.
    2. End of year party:  4th grade graduation party at home barn with DJ, bounce house.
    3. Dale:  Ned assembly coming up, Wed January 22nd @ 2:15.
