Want to help shape the magic at Dilley? It’s time to nominate our next amazing PTO Board! Whether you’ve got big ideas for events, love organizing behind the scenes, or just want to get more involved, now’s your chance to throw your name in the hat—or nominate a fellow rockstar parent or teacher!

- Nominations Open: May 2 – May 15
- Elections Run: May 19 – June 2
- New Board Announced: June 3 at our final PTO meeting of the school year

Fill out the Nomination Form to nominate yourself or someone else for a PTO Board position.
🧠 What Do the PTO Board Positions Do?
Here’s a quick rundown of the roles you can nominate for:
- President – Leads PTO meetings, represents the PTO officially, and keeps everything running smoothly.
- Vice President – Steps in when the President is unavailable and assists with various tasks.
- Secretary – Takes notes at meetings and ensures communication is clear and documented.
- Treasurer – Manages the PTO’s finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Website Coordinator – Keeps the PTO website updated with events, volunteer opportunities, and news.
- Communications Coordinator – Handles flyers, newsletters, social media, and other communications.
- Grant/Fundraising Coordinator – Finds and applies for grants, and plans fundraising activities.
