The Glow-themed Fund Run is our key student-driven fundraiser. Students work hard to benefit our school while at the same time having a ton of fun.
Students will gather pledges from friends, family, and neighbors from September 10th to October 1st. Sponsors of each student can pledge either a fixed dollar amount or a per-lap amount (Please note: Laps are run inside the gym and are smaller than a track lap).
Our school fundraising goal is $5,000. No amount is too small, and every donation is important and appreciated! If our school goal is reached, Mr. Allen has a special surprise for the students!
Any student who can run more laps than Mr. Horne will also have an opportunity to “pie” him in the face at an upcoming assembly!
On Fund Run Day, Thursday, September 25th, each student has a set time of 15 minutes to run as many gym laps as they can in a fun glow-themed atmosphere.
Parent volunteers are needed throughout the day to count laps and cheer students on. It’s an all-school effort! If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up here.
While each student will receive a physical pledge sheet, we encourage you to set up your student’s online fundraising page with 99Pledges. Using the fundraising page, you can contact friends and family by email, Facebook, and other social media platforms!
