  1. Officer’s Reports:  
      1. President – Jordan Farhat – Nothing to report
      2. Vice President – Haley MacLean- Nothing to report
        Secretary – Jill Phillips- Request for meeting minutes approval for November General PTO Meeting; 1st approval, Liz 2nd approval Haley
      3. Treasurer – Liz McDaniel – 
        • As of this month, total funds across all accounts are $31,505.65.
        • Income: Major contributions this month came from corporate donations and store rewards programs.
        • Expenditures included:
          1. Staff appreciation activities
          2. Class account reimbursements
          3. Payments to Forest Grove School District for Front Office Supplies
          4. A delayed invoice from the previous year’s field trip bus costs.
          5. Budget Updates:  The budget line item for the Glow Run has been updated to reflect the approved additional $1,000 in expenditures.

                          4. Communications Coordinator – Ahmed Farhat- Nothing to report

                          6. Grant/Fundraising Coordinator – Elisa Litwora- Absent

                          7.  Principal- John Allen- Absent @ beginning of meeting.

  1. Current Events 
    1. November Recap (Board)-
      • Carnival Event went well, close to even with costs/money brought in. Great turnout with positive feedback. 
      • November Dine Out- Pizza Schmizza made $450 and they said we were the best turnout and would like to do it again as often as possible. They also said Dilley parents were great and kind to work with. 
    2. Bottle Drop Drive (Deb) Total will be given at a further date. 
    3. Spirit Week/Switcheroo (Jordan & Haley) Successful even with a day absent due to power outage and school closed on Wednesday. The switcheroo was Thursday. Winco gives our school $1k for products and was used partially for 
    4. December Staff Appreciation (Deb & Jill) Would it be better for staff to get a separate week for Staff Appreciation. Teachers commented any week is fine. 
    5. $1,000 Glow Run Prize
      • Three items to vote on include a water fountain, outside benches and the library upgrade. 
  1. Upcoming Events
    1. Fill the Calendar (Liz & Ahmed) Each child received a calendar to fill and each day filled is what the donor pays, (15th is $15). Once a day is filled, it will be crossed off for ease of use to all donors. There will be prizes depending on how many days were filled and a larger gift if the entire month is filled. Pages can be set up for teachers if requested. There is a video of how to fill in the calendar. The goal is $3k. The Donor will be paying the processing fee so all proceeds gained will go to the school.
    2. January Dine Out (Elisa) –  Jan 28th Chipotle 4-8pm and the flyer/code will need to be shown upon ordering for Dilley to get credit. Online pickup is available and the code can be used. The PTO website has the code if anyone forgets or loses their code. 
    3. February Book Fair (Jordan and Jill) February 2nd-6th in the library. Schedules for the volunteers are up on the website. Will be open 5 days per week. Family night is Friday from 5-7pm and the bookfair open during that time. 
    4. Family Night (Jordan, Haley & Elisa) Feb. 6th 5-7pm Sweetheart Bingo, Valentines themed Bingo. Some of the prizes will be Scholastic bookfair dollars to shop the bookfair. 
    5. Dilley Auction (All) Meeting will be held next week, will be offsite and adult only. April 24th at Elks Lodge. Mrs. Fisher recommended a theme, historically the school has done an 80’s theme. Live auction and online auction is an option. Class projects go over well so if the PTO plans to sell these, let the teachers know asap. 
  1. New Business
    1. Nike will be funding the library area with new shelving so the PTO will not have to use the Fund Run proceeds.
