    3. Secretary – Jill Phillips: Meeting minutes approval for May; Ahmed approved, Elisa 2nd
    4. Treasurer – Liz McDaniel:
      1. Total Funds: $38,952.04
      2. Major Expenses: class accounts, school bus costs for field trips, admission for field trips 
      3. Major Income: Auction, Dine Out, Store Rewards  
    5. Communications Coordinator – Ahmed Farhat: Nothing to report
    6. Website Coordinator – Deb Kolb: Nothing to report
    7. Grant/Fundraising Coordinator- Elisa Litwora: Nothing to report
    8. Principal – John Allen: Absent
  1. Current Events
    1. Staff Appreciation Recap (Jordan, Haley, Elisa):  Teachers say it was wonderful, loved the coffee, salads, honeysticks. 
    2. May Dine Out with Dilley Recap (Elisa):  McMenamins was the restaurant; we made $1468. 
    3. Yearbook (Ahmed):  Yearbooks arrived today and organized into teacher’s boxes. It is up to the teachers when they want to pass them out. There are 4-5 extras for parents that need some. Families can order online and have them shipped to their house.
  1. Upcoming Events
    1. Field Day (Ahmed,Liz):  PTO is providing water, cups, popsicles, Dominos pizza donated for volunteers. All of the all-day volunteers will get pizza with gluten free options. Indoor will be set up the day prior. 3 teachers and Mr. Horne will be setting up the night prior. 
    2. There is money for the school that is not from the PTO, Dilley has 22k to use for all student events. Funds have to benefit all students at Dilley. 
    3. Dilley might get art erasers for all students. It is a grant request.

    2. Mrs. Henderson is talking on behalf of the Kindergarteners who requested super puppy and snail puppets to ask about the ice cream party. It will be this Friday (June 5th).
