    1. Glow Run Recap (Deb, Elisa, and Jordan):
      1. We need to vote in $1,000 for all school prize. Monkey bars were researched and very expensive but we can afford benches in the grass area. Question to Mr. Allen, will we need to check-in to the District to setup? Yes.
    2. Book Fair Recap (Jordan and Jill):  $5,106 total in sales. Scholastic dollars can be used for incentives, coupons for kids to get books
    3. October Conference Meal Recap (Liz and Deb): Went well. Boxed lunches and dinner were provided and more affordable than anticipated so there was leftover money. We can use this money in the spring.
  1. Upcoming Events
    1. Carnival (All Board):  This Saturday. New fliers were passed out to the teachers today. Included are instructions for parking at Story Book Lane and using the shuttle bus to the school. Food carts have been confirmed. Kelly Nodald will be in charge of the maze. We are no longer doing live goldfish as it is illegal to give as a prize in the State of Oregon. Entrance admission is cash/card/venmo. Admission should be more streamlined as there are no preorders and no wristbands. We will also have the bakery boogie. Scholarships are available. Mr. Allen and Mrs. Henderson has a list of families (currently 20 families). They will get a printout to bring to the carnival from the PTO for free admission.
    2. Dine Out with Dilley at Pizza Schmizza (Elisa): Nov 18th from 3:30-7:30pm. Have to say Dilley for the sales to go towards Dilley. No coupons or vouchers and must be either phone call or in-person (no online orders).
    3. Bottledrop Holiday Give Campaign (Deb):  Bottle Drop will match, runs November 15th- December 2nd.  Bags dropped off during this timeframe we will receive 20% back.  The flyer is printed and will attach a blue bag to distribute to each student and put in each teacher’s boxes by the end of the week. If you return the bags after the dates proceeds will still go to Dilley
